Please arrive at 1:30pm for the ceremony to begin at 2pm.
We would love an unplugged ceremony, our wonderful photographer will be taking photos and we want you to be able to see your wonderful faces in them.
Reception to follow in same location!
We will have space for camping on site, but you will need to let us know if you are as there is limited space and we will need to collect your tent to put up on the Friday before the wedding.
Hotels and Airbnb’s are available in the surrounding areas. See further down for more information on accommodation.
We ask that you are dressed formally, however we want you to be relaxed so if you wish to change after the ceremony and dinner we will not be offended! We are getting married outside, so please be careful when choosing footwear (especially you ladies!)
Please also ensure you do not wear pink or green colours, thank you.
There is parking on site, with people to assist if needed. There is a taxi pick up and drop off point – please make sure you know the details of your taxis to avoid confusion at the end of the night. Taxis will need to be booked for before 11:45pm at the latest.
Our bar will be CASH only, and alcoholic drinks are £2 each, with soft drinks only £1.
Drinks will stop being served at 11:30pm.
If you wish to gift us anything more than your wonderful presence on our big day, we are asking for money towards our honeymoon.

Last day to let us know if you are attending our wedding and tell us dietary requirements.
Arrive by 1:30pm for 2pm start
Please make sure you are here for 1:30pm as the Bride will be walking down the aisle at 2pm. There will be signage and people to escort you down to the ceremony.
2:30pm – 4pm
Welcome drinks and canapes served to everyone on the lawn.
4pm – 4:30pm
Everyone will be seated as we hear various speeches before the meal.
4:30pm – 6:30pm
Food is served.
Bar open from 4:30pm.
7pm onwards
Evening guests to arrive at this time.
First dances will happen first and then the dancefloor is open!
8:30pm
Sausage baps and extra bits.
11:30pm – 11:45pm
Bar closes at 11:30pm. Taxis – latest 11:45pm.
These are just a few options, there are lots of other places to stay in the area on other websites like, Airbnb, Booking.com and many others.
We will have space for people to camp after the reception on site – there is not lots of space but we will try our best to make sure everyone that wants this can stay.
We will need to know if you wish to camp when you RSVP, and you will need to provide your tent and anything you may need.
Joe and Poppy will organise collection of your tents etc as we will put these up ready for you on site the day before.

As many of you may know we are Vegan and Vegetarian – do not worry we will be catering for everyone and our menus includes meat.
